Simply awesome…Coburn slows down healthcare debate
Per Foxnews.com: Senator Tom Coburn, Oklahoma slowed down healthcare debate (as Dimmocrats want to rush a bill through as fast as possible…even if they do not understand it) by forcing a clerk to read a 750 page amendment…aloud. Simply beautiful and Coburn ought to be commended. Apparently Coburn invoked his right to require that an amendment by another lawmaker be read aloud after he was told no to his idea that any amendment considered by the Senate must be offered 72 hours in advance and with a full cost report. Video below showing Max Baucus admitting that the Dimmocrats do not have time to read or understand the bill…are you freaking kidding me?
This is clear evidence that the Dimmocrats do not want the bill read by the public and do not even understand it themselves. This is simply ludicrous…keep up the good work, Senator Coburn!
